Inclusive Circular City Symposium
2-6 May, 2022
Inclusive Circular City Symposium (ICCS) provides an array of sessions with the goal to give the audience a clear vision of a regenerative and inclusive circular economic framework that cities should use to address the most pressing science-based and socio-economic issues of our time.
About
About
ICCS is curated and designed by PYXERA Global in partnership with Circular City Coalition members Metabolic, Enel North America, Rheaply, and First Mile. While the circular economy has gained more traction globally as a sustainability tool in the past few years, the primary focus has been on mainly waste streams and recycling and this mindset has limited impact. Uniting the Circular City Coalition’s (CCC) common vision and collective theory of change, we will discuss our approach to offer cities and governments globally how to address these problem holistically, ensuring that economic, social, and environmental factors are considered. We want to shift solutions upstream beyond recycling to create economic models that prioritize efficient consumptions practices that prioritize wellbeing and work in harmony with nature.
Inclusive Circular City Symposium is taking place in conjunction with Circular City Week New York, the largest circular economy festival in USA.
