This makes New York City the world’s premier office market, and implies that how we design and fit out our office spaces, have the potential to be of global impact.

About the event

We believe that a circular approach to furniture and interior design, entails an immense potential to create sustainable and livable office spaces. Well-designed and durable furniture will allow component reuse, informed material choices, and valuable takeback systems, just to name a few benefits. But there are multiple ways to approach circularity, which this event and showcase will make evident.

Products that have been designed with a circular mindset, is already out there and commercially available. As to showcase how far we are in this transition, Arup and Danish Cleantech Hub have joined forces and created New York’s first circular office showcase.

To celebrate this month-long showcase, we will be hosting a talk and reception on October 24th. Aarup will be opening their doors, so that all interested parties can experience next generation office interiors, and meet the product manufactures behind the exhibition .
